For help with Nudge, email theodoresmithux@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send private reminder text unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

Voice recording isn’t working

Open iPhone Settings, find Nudge, and confirm that Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled. Return to Nudge and hold the record button while speaking. If a call or another audio session is using your microphone, try again once it ends.

A reminder didn’t alert me

In iPhone Settings, open Notifications → Nudge and enable notifications, sounds, and Time Sensitive Notifications. Focus modes and notification summaries can also affect when alerts appear.

Live Activities aren’t visible

Confirm that Live Activities are allowed for Nudge in iPhone Settings, then check Nudge’s Live Events preference. Availability and scheduling behavior can vary by iPhone and iOS version.

Removing your data

Core reminders are stored on your device. Friends and Family use an optional account and store the information needed for those shared features with Supabase. Use the account-deletion option in your profile settings to request deletion of your account. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. For help, contact the support email above.

Beta feedback

You can send feedback through Apple TestFlight or email us. Include what you expected, what happened, and the app build number. A screenshot helps when it does not reveal private information.

Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email to stop receiving updates. For other subscription changes, contact the support address above.
